Child star Bugoy Carino is now set to topbill an upcoming ABS-CBN inspirational teleserye entitiled ATOM. It is said that he is going to be paired by Mr. Aga Mulach, but since he transfered to another TV station which is TV 5, Mr. Jomari Yllana will be his replacement.
